At Tekas Footcare, we want you to walk away happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.

 

1. Eligibility Window

All return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

 

2. Eligible Products

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
       Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
       All original tags and packaging intact
       Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

       Items that have been used, worn, or washed
       Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
       Custom insoles or personalized/custom-fit products
       Items purchased during clearance or final sale

 

3. Returns — Payment Refund

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full payment refund.
       Raise your return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us (details in Section 5)
       Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product
       Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days


4. Exchanges — Size or Product

We offer hassle-free size exchanges on eligible products.
       Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
       The replacement item will be dispatched once the original product is received and inspected
       If your requested size is unavailable, we will arrange the product or refund

 

5. How to Initiate a Request

1.    Email support@tekasfootcare.com with your order ID, photos, and reason for the request
2.    Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
3.    You will receive pickup or drop-off instructions for returning the product

 

6. Shipping Costs

       Defective or wrong items: Return shipping is fully covered by Tekas Footcare
       Size exchanges or change of mind: Return shipping charges may apply
